Shipping Policy

At Loop Brick, LLC, all outbound shipments and return shipping arrangements are provided at Loop Brick’s discretion (including carrier selection, service level, packaging, and routing).

If you’d like faster delivery or a faster return transit time, you may upgrade shipping or purchase your own label at your own cost, as long as it meets our return requirements and includes tracking.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
