We’re a community of builders. By keeping your set organized and reporting missing parts, you’re helping ensure every customer gets what they need to keep building. We run a rigorous QC process, but with so many tiny pieces, mistakes can happen. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to let us know—customer service is our priority.

Missing a piece? We’ve got you.

Sometimes a part is missing—that’s on us. Please check all bags and your build area first, then report it so we can fix it fast.

What to include

1. Set Number
2. Part Number if possible - or a short description or photo.  (Color/size/shape)
3. If using a description or photo please include the page number or a screenshot from the LEGO® Builder app Tip: Part numbers are often listed in the back of the instruction booklet.

What happens next

• Keep building if you can, some parts are not required to finish a set.
• If the part is required, we'll send a replacement (typically 10-14 business days depending on availability).
• If we can't source it, you'll receive a $5.00 credit this month.
• Prefer not to wait? Return the set early for a one-time early return credit once it's checked in.  Your next order will ship out with the same number of sets returned so you can keep building.

All sets are inspected before shipping (color/count check, cleaned, sorted, and weighed). If a missing part is reported, we re-check the full set under QC before it rents again.
